Warranty and Non-warranty Repair
Products cannot be returned to Solos Endoscopy, Inc. for warranty or
non-warranty repair without prior authorization. Please send a copy of your
invoice to validate date of purchase. A Returned Goods Authorization number
will be issued by the Solos Endoscopy, Inc. Repair Department upon approval.
This number must be prominently written in the upper left hand corner of the
shipping container. To obtain an RGA number, please call SOLOS Endoscopy's,
Inc. Repair Department, (800) 388-6445. Freight must be prepaid on all
authorized returns, either warranty or non-warranty.
Solos Endoscopy, Inc. warrants all of its products to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal operation and use.
The warranty period for major equipment is 12 months.
All accessories are warranted for 60 days.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at Solos Endoscopy's,
Inc. discretion of any product that is returned within the specified
warranty period, and which, after examination, shall disclose that the
product, or integral part thereof, has not been altered or serviced by
anyone other than Solos Endoscopy, Inc. and has not been damaged as the
result of accident, abuse, misuse or negligence on behalf of the owner.
Freight must be prepaid by the customer for warranty and non-warranty
repairs. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. Freight back ("return freight
to customer") is paid for by Solos Endoscopy, Inc. for warranty repairs.
Freight back is charged to the customer on all non-warranty repairs
