All orders are subject to acceptance by Solos Endoscopy, Inc. and will only be accepted when confirmed in writing by purchase order. You may place orders directly with Solos Endoscopy, Inc. by telephone, fax, quote request web form, or mail with your valid account number.
TERMS: All Solos Endoscopy, Inc. policies stated herein shall be governed and executed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Claims for freight damage should be submitted to carriers immediately. Claims for shortages or defective material must be submitted to Solos Endoscopy, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of order. Net 30 days, F.O.B. Shipping Point. Freight: Prepaid and added to invoice. Returns: All returns are subject to a restocking charge.
